Faba Bean Protein Isolate

Faba Bean has a neutral colour, taste and odour which has little effect on the colour and taste of the final products. Faba Bean is a ‘nitrogen-fixing crop’ and is used in rotational crop farming. They require no fertiliser, significantly reducing crop input costs and higher rain yields following Faba plantings, making it an environmentally and financially sustainable option.
