Cocoa Ingredients

Our cocoa powders and chocolate are sourced from Cadbury. Their name speaks for itself as a quality supplier. Cadbury use only the finest quality cocoa beans to manufacture their powder, which unlike many suppliers is still processed in the UK to ensure the final product is second to none.

Two grades of cocoa powder are available which suit the demands of the majority of cocoa users. Both are alkalised, reddish brown in colour and very fine, lump free powders:
• 20-22% fat product
• 10-12% fat reduced product

Products are packed in bakery/foodservice style pails or bulk sacks.
